Job Description

The Specialist Service Line Officer plays a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical integration and service line strategies across SEHA’s healthcare system. This position focuses on improving patient safety and experience, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving standardization across assigned clinical service lines.

Responsibilities
  • Support the design and execution of clinical integration strategies.
  • Conduct gap analyses, service mapping, and propose process improvements.
  • Coordinate Service Line Councils and assist in policy and guideline development.
  • Analyze clinical performance data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across SEHA departments.
  • Ensure compliance with SEHA policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience; healthcare system experience desirable.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; English required (Arabic preferred).
