SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Managerial/Administration professional to drive hospital initiatives, support performance management, and ensure adequate medical coverage within the Division.
Under supervision of the Consultant Physician, the role includes supervising junior medical staff, timely documentation, and active participation in multi-disciplinary meetings and incident response to maintain high-quality patient care.
Supports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.
Supports and participates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes.
Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is provided within the Division at all times
Attends Divisional meetings as invited
Supports the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents
Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff

Under the supervision of the Consultant Physician, diagnoses and treats patients according to established standards of best practice for the post holder’s specialty. The Specialist’s clinical duties include but are not limited to the following:
Quality & Safety Helps support quality improvement initiatives within the Division
Supports a culture of regular audit and encourages the use of audit results for improving clinical practice
Supports the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents
Promotes and participates in clinical research and publication
Promoting and assisting in the instruction, guidance and supervision of junior medical staff (required)
Keeps abreast of the current, relevant literature and the latest trends and technologies in the industry
Participates in clinical research and publication
Supports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures.
Supports and participates in the organization’s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes.

Qualification: -
Special Certificate: -
Tier 1: No additional experience required post board certification.
Tier 2: NLT 2 years of clinical experience post qualification in internationally accredited institute.
UAE nationals: No additional experience required post board certification
For UAE Nationals & Non-UAE Nationals enrolled in HAAD accredited residency programs: No experience required post board certification
Tier 3: NLT 3 years clinical experience as Specialist post qualification in internationally accredited institute
