Job summary

Client of Dr Expat in Dubai seeks a Specialist Pediatrician to join a leading healthcare group. You will conduct outpatient consultations, perform comprehensive paediatric assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for children.

Requires a Medical Degree with Pediatrics specialization, 3–5 years post-specialisation, a valid DHA license, hospital experience in General Pediatrics, and fluency in Filipino.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from a recognised university with Specialisation in Pediatrics
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
• Hospital experience in General Pediatrics
• Fluency in Filipino is mandatory
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations and comprehensive paediatric assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses
• Monitor growth, development and overall child wellbeing
• Provide preventive healthcare services, vaccinations and health education
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Counsel parents and caregivers regarding child health and development
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with DHA regulations
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver compassionate patient-centred care while maintaining high clinical standards
