Your expertise will be crucial in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of pediatric emergencies, ensuring young patients receive timely and effective care in a bustling ER environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quick assessments and examinations of pediatric patients in critical conditions.
• Diagnose and manage acute medical issues and injuries in children effectively.
• Provide immediate stabilization and determine the need for further specialized interventions.
• Conduct necessary procedures, such as laceration repairs, intubations, and IV placements.
• Work in tandem with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage with patients and families, offering clear communication and support throughout their emergency experience.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Help train and mentor junior staff and medical trainees in pediatric emergency practices.

Qualifications
