Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with spinal conditions, interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging studies effectively.
• Diagnose complex spinal disorders such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and injuries, developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of spinal surgeries, utilizing both traditional and minimally invasive techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring each patient's comfort and recovery are prioritized.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, and post-operative care protocols.
• Keep abreast of current research and advancements in spine surgery, integrating evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient encounters in compliance with healthcare regulations.
