Job summary

PALFINGER MARINE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a highly motivated Spares Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our regional operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The position reports directly to the Regional Spares Manager. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with opportunities to develop and contribute to sales initiatives while delivering technical presentations and building strong customer

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience but may not be exclusively limited to this range.
• Knowledge of Marine/Service industries.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in understanding customer needs and requirements, providing technical expertise and solutions to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with sales managers and engineers to promote products effectively and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver technical presentations to clients to showcase product features, advantages, and benefits, assisting in the sales process and building strong customer relationships.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and partners, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of technical inquiries and issues.
• Provide key technical information to relevant internal and external stakeholders, supporting sales activities and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.
• Collaborate with automotive suppliers and other technical resources to gather insights and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating relevant information into sales strategies.
• Monitor processes and performance metrics related to sales activities, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the optimization of sales processes and outcomes.
