Job summary

KONE is seeking a Spare Parts Officer in Sharjah to support engineering and maintenance teams by ensuring timely availability, coordination, and tracking of materials and spare parts in line with KONE quality and safety standards.

The role involves coordinating procurement, identifying sources for urgent parts, and maintaining accurate material records across SHN stores, using SAP ERP. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in materials coordination, procurement, logistics, or maintenance support.
• Experience with SAP ERP for material requisitions and tracking.
• Technical understanding of elevators, escalators, doors, and related spare parts (KONE and non‑KONE).

Responsibilities

• Support engineers in identifying required materials and spare parts.
• Identify the most suitable sources of supply for urgent material requirements.
• Check availability and coordinate timely procurement of materials.
• Arrange pickup and delivery of materials between locations as required.
• Create and manage material requisitions in the system.
• Log, track, and monitor material consumption across all SHN stores.
