  • Creating nutritious and balanced meal plans based on dietary restrictions, health conditions and individual needs.
  • Understanding of nutritional principles, dietary guidelines and food labeling.
  • Preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and guidelines ensuring proper portion control and presentation.
  • Selecting high-quality fresh ingredients that meet nutritional requirements.
  • Adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards to prevent foodborne illnesses.
  • Understanding nutritional principles, dietary guidelines and food labeling.
  • Selecting high-quality fresh ingredients that meet nutritional requirements.
  • Taking full responsibility for the quality of output from the station.
  • Consistently and efficiently preparing food from the station.
  • Reporting and tracking food waste as well as equipment issues.
  • Follows proper plate presentation procedures.
