What you'll do
  • You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
  • Our values of Passion Personality Respect Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Sous Chef youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the culinary department outlet reporting to the beach club management team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Youll also be responsible for menu planning controlling food waste food cost and developing culinary talent.
  • Youll supervise and coordinate all activities and personnel concerning food preparation kitchen and storeroom areas.
  • Youll be up to date with latest culinary trends able to turn creative ideas into exciting new dishes.
  • You will thrive in a high-pressure environment whilst maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
  • Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.
  • You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the Beach Club needs.
  • You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun operating under pressure and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
