Kitopi is seeking a seasoned Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Dubai. You will support the Head Chef in daily operations, lead the pizza team, and ensure high-quality pizza production across Neapolitan, Roman, and artisanal styles.

The role requires deep dough science knowledge, fermentation expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will manage dough, ingredient stocks, and contribute to menu updates while upholding strict hygiene standards.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman, or artisanal styles).
• Previous experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef.
• Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baking.
