What you will be doing:

  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte menusaccording to property recipes and standards
  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
  • Should be able to adhere to HACCP Standards
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and supplies
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Should have at least 2 years' experience as Arabic Sous Chef forAll-Day Dining or Banquet
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with high volume of guests
  • Should have expertise in high-volume restaurants
  • Should have culinary education background
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
