Job summary

Kerzner International, at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai, seeks a Sous Chef to join our culinary team. You will assist the Chef de Cuisine in coordinating and supervising the running of the assigned kitchen to maintain our standards and maximize guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels, strong attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Sous Chef in upscale luxury hospitality.
• Experience in five-star hotels preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong English communication skills.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for assisting Chef de Cuisine in co-ordination and supervising the running of the assigned kitchen, with the aim of maintaining our standards and of achieving maximum guest satisfaction. Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Chef De Cuisine. He/she must have at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/she must have strong attention to details, flexibility and must be able to work under pressure. Effective communication skill in English is a must.
