Role Summary
- Pre-Sales: Supporting the sales cycle through technical expertise, demos, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Delivery: Owning end-to-end project implementations with clients, managing integration, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Customer Success: Acting as the trusted advisor to clients post-implementation, ensuring adoption, renewals, and expansion through upsell/cross-sell.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Partner with Sales to engage with prospective banks and financial institutions, understanding business and technical requirements.
- Lead technical presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
- Own and coordinate technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and compliance/security questionnaires.
- Translate client needs into tailored solution architectures and delivery approaches.
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead enterprise SaaS deployments, ensuring smooth integrations with client IT environments.
- Gather and validate technical and functional requirements, managing delivery end-to-end.
- Coordinate with engineering/product teams to resolve technical issues.
- Oversee configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Deliver projects on time, on scope, and to enterprise-grade standards.
Customer Success & Growth
- Be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients post-go-live.
- Drive adoption, usage, and ROI of our solutions across the client's organization.
- Ensure renewal and retention by proactively managing client relationships.
- Support sales in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional features, modules, or capacity).
- Capture client feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP Certification
- 5-10 years' experience in enterprise SaaS for banking/financial services.
- Proven track record in solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success roles.
Mandatory Technical Competencies
- Deep understanding of APIs, data integration, ETL pipelines, databases, and enterprise SaaS deployments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with enterprise IT and security requirements: compliance, authentication (SSO, OAuth, SAML), data governance.
- Ability to design and present solution architectures for banking clients.
- Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall, Jira, Trello, or similar tools).
Mandatory Domain Knowledge
- Prior experience at a fintech or enterprise SaaS vendor serving banks/financial institutions.
- Strong familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and security standards in the GCC or equivalent markets.
- Understanding of financial data enrichment, analytics, personalization, or transaction data use cases.
Soft Skills
- Strong client-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly with both bank IT/developer teams and business/C-level stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen: experience driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Certifications (Nice to Have)
- Project Management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
- Cloud certifications: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
