Job summary

Nava seeks an experienced data engineer in Dubai to design scalable data models and ETL pipelines for government modernization. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams to deliver secure, high-performance data systems on cloud platforms.

Bring 6+ years of software engineering, strong SQL and Python, data modeling, observability, and experience with Databricks/Snowflake to drive compliant data flows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Agile, TDD, CI/CD, and Source Code Management.
• Experience building ETL pipelines to ingest, process, and store data.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and server-side use cases.
• Experience with data cleaning, modeling, and schema design.
• Proficiency with relational databases and advanced SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with data observability tools.
• Ability to work with API and file-based data integrations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
