Requirements
  • Capture and edit short‑ and long‑form video content for a variety of social media channels.
  • Write captions and scripts for social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure daily content goals are met and content is posted quickly and accurately.
  • Discover new openings, trending F&B content and stay up‑to‑date on new attractions.
  • Regularly monitor user behaviours and algorithm changes and use those learnings to inform future planning.
  • Plan, keep and execute a social media calendar.
  • Provide weekly reports on performance, regularly analysing and refining approaches for best results.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on social media trends, features and best practices.
  • Ensure all content reflects overall content/editorial strategy and meets local and legal guidelines.
What we’re looking for in a candidate
  • Confidence going out and about shooting and editing videos on smartphones to create killer social content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ambitious and a natural optimist.
  • Driven by the opportunity to have new experiences and learn new skills.
  • Superb organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent grasp of social trends and best practices.
  • Ability to think outside the box when developing content ideas.
  • Experience across a wide range of social media platforms and reporting.
  • Ability to self‑supervise and meet deadlines.
  • Willing and able to occasionally attend events outside of regular office hours.
  • Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic a plus.
