Job Description

The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms.
  • Manage and update company social media profiles. Up to 5 accounts with different SOW.
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide regular performance reports.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in social media landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media platform updates and best practices.
  • Measure and report on performance of social media campaigns against goals.
  • The above is some of the tasks but not limited to.
Daily Tasks
  • Develop graphic, image, and video content.
  • Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Interact with followers and build relationships.
  • Track brand mentions, industry news, and competitor activity.
  • Any additional tasks that may arise.
Weekly Tasks
  • Content Calendar Plan and schedule content for the upcoming week.
  • Analytics Review Analyze platform performance and identify trends.

  • Campaign Management Oversee ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Reports Prepare weekly or bi-weekly performance reports.
Monthly Tasks
  • Social Media Audit Evaluate platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategy Development Create and refine social media strategy.
  • Campaign Planning Develop new campaigns and promotions.
  • Platform Optimization Explore new features and updates on social media platforms.
Qualifications
