Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager with strong experience in Adobe Photoshop to oversee our brand’s online presence and drive engagement across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create visually appealing content, including static posts, stories, reels, and ads — strong Photoshop editing and design skills are a must.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize performance.
  • Engage with the online community: reply to comments, messages, and manage creator/influencer communication.
  • Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in campaign planning, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands).
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop — ability to retouch, design creatives, and optimize visuals for social media.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
  • Experience working with influencers/content creators.
  • Basic photography skills or familiarity with product shoots.
  • Understanding of paid ads is a plus.
