Operating in the premium diamond trade, the organization focuses on ethical sourcing, professional business practices, and long-term B2B relationships within the global diamond ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Business Support Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s professional digital presence, primarily across LinkedIn and Instagram, while supporting early-stage B2B outreach and business development activities.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong social media handling experience who is looking to gradually grow into B2B business development with structured guidance—without aggressive sales or revenue targets during the initial phase.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & LinkedIn Management (Primary Focus):
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn business page and support executive LinkedIn profiles
  • Plan and publish consistent weekly content across LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Design professional posts, banners, and carousels using Canva
  • Maintain a refined brand tone suitable for B2B and luxury trade
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; elevate relevant inquiries to management
  • Track basic engagement metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
Content Creation & AI Support:
  • Create social media creatives using Canva (posts, stories, carousels)
  • Write clear, professional captions and content descriptions
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for content ideation and drafting support
  • Maintain a structured content calendar and digital asset library
  • Support basic SEO‑friendly content where required
Business Development Support (Training‑Oriented):
  • Assist in identifying potential B2B prospects through LinkedIn and online research
  • Support LinkedIn outreach activities under management guidance (no hard sales targets)
  • Maintain a simple lead tracker with prospect and response details
  • Assist in drafting outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Coordinate follow‑ups and prospect research with management
Administrative & Coordination Support:
  • Maintain content calendars, trackers, and internal reports
  • Assist management with research, scheduling, and documentation
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives as required
Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn business pages or professional accounts
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva (portfolio preferred)
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or B2B communication
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content support
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
  • Exposure to B2B or service‑based environments
  • Basic understanding of lead generation or client outreach
  • Experience in luxury goods, trading, jewelry, or similar sectors
  • Familiarity with Instagram analytics and insights
  • Knowledge of Hindi or Arabic
