What you’ll be doing

As a Social Media Associate within our Beauty Innovation department, you will support the day-to-day execution of our social media strategies across multiple brands, ensuring consistency, compelling content, creativity, community engagement and commercial success that reflects our innovation ethos.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who lives and breathes beauty, culture, and social trends.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Plan the creation, and publishing of daily social content (posts, reels, stories, TikToks) across Beauty Innovation’s portfolio of brands and social media channels (e.g., Ghawali, Haze, Cloud + new brands).
  • Assist in maintaining the monthly content calendars by scheduling posts, tracking deadlines, and ensuring asset readiness in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and engage with community interactions (comments, DMs, tags) in line with each brand’s tone of voice.
  • Support influencer seeding coordination: track shipments, collate UGC, and log performance metrics.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify emerging beauty, lifestyle, and social formats that can inspire future content.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and brand teams to align messaging, visuals, and campaign moments.
  • Help track and report weekly and monthly performance KPIs (engagement rate, reach, EMV, sentiment) using analytics dashboards and social listening tools.
  • Maintain a pulse on pop culture, beauty launches, and platform updates to contribute fresh ideas during brainstorms.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
  • You possess 1 to 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably with a brand.
  • You are an Arabic speaker.
  • You have a solid understanding of photography, videography and editing.
  • You have a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
  • You are proficient in Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
