Job summary
A leading food delivery service seeks a Recruitment Specialist to lead its full 360 recruitment process. You will partner with key stakeholders to drive acquisition strategies and report insights to improve hiring processes. Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the full 360 recruitment process for talabat, including leading sourcing efforts to locate top talent from around the world.
- Partner with key stakeholder leaders and hiring managers to drive talent acquisition strategies, goals, processes, and metrics while developing innovative ways to meet talabat’s constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
- Report on recruitment activity to find new ways to improve the process and to tell a story through data insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the 360 recruitment process for hiring with a strong background in technical & product candidate sourcing; a hunter who has handled core recruitment at a large scale.
- Experience recruiting engineering roles within the region.
- Experience sourcing engineering candidates from abroad using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Collaborative professional with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using recruitment ATS systems.
- Highly motivated to create and deliver creative, exciting, and impactful results.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Predominantly use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
- Can find alternative solutions to solve problems where guidelines do not exist.
- Occasionally leads the work of small project teams; provides informal guidance to junior staff.
- Works with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions, exercising judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
