- Strong background in lending product sales and new client acquisition.
- Exposure to Banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new SME clients through direct sales, referrals.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored banking solutions.
- Ensure compliance during client onboarding and deal execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive new relationship growth and revenue generation.
Skills
Deep knowledge of SME lending products and banking solutions
Strong credit assessment, financial analysis, and deal structuring capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Education
