The role includes drafting contracts, managing compliance, and liaising with vendors and clients in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Strong contract management experience in IT or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and monitor project contracts and service-level agreements.
• Manage contract performance and deliverable compliance.
• Support negotiation of variations and claims.
• Liaise with legal and procurement teams for contractual governance.
• Maintain auditable documentation and version control.
