Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for sales teams and clients on skincare products, application techniques, and benefits.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and industry developments.
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets by enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Visit clients, salons, and beauty centers to provide training and support.
• Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and guides.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Skin Care Trainer, Sales Trainer, or Beauty Educator.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and application techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams.
