Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in painting or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces by removing old paint and debris, filling cracks and holes, and sanding surfaces.
• Mixing paint to the desired color/consistency and applying it with rollers or brushes.
• Inspecting finished work for accuracy and performing touch ups as needed.
• Cleaning up after each job following safety guidelines.
• Ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored, cleaned, or disposed of when finished.
• Following safety guidelines during the painting process.
