Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of proven experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure masonry projects, reads blueprints, and prioritizes safety and quality on every task. This position is on-site and demanding.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in construction or masonry.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and site instructions.
• Physically fit, reliable, disciplined and safety-conscious.
• Strong practical skills in at least one building trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform masonry and general construction works independently.
• Carry out block work, plastering, concrete works, repairs, and finishing based on actual trade skills.
• Prepare construction materials, tools, and work areas.
• Execute work according to drawings, measurements, levels, dimensions, and site instructions.
• Operate hand tools and construction equipment safely and correctly.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors and other construction trades.
• Maintain required standards of quality, productivity, and workmanship.
• Identify and report defects, unsuitable materials, and material requirements.
• Maintain tools, work areas, PPE, housekeeping, and HSE standards.
