The Opportunity:

The SJ Graduate Development Program (GDP) in the KSA is a two-year immersive journey designed to propel your career in the built environment across engineering and infrastructure. Through structured training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional rotations, you’ll gain expertise in technical skills, digital fluency, business acumen, and leadership development. You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, engage in real-world projects, and build a strong foundation for a successful career.

Over the two years, you can expect to:

• Work on real-world projects and contribute to live infrastructure, engineering, and sustainability projects that shape cities and communities.
• Learn from the industry's best experts and develop skills in design, project management, digital transformation (BIM, AI), and risk consulting.
• Corporate consulting exposure by engaging with senior leaders and participating in strategic business discussions to deliver on client-focused solutions.
• Leadership development opportunities to build your leadership journey through workshops, coaching, and leaders' mentorship.

As part of the program, you will also be on a quarterly rotation schedule across the business functions and specialist domains, with the opportunity to complete one rotation outside of your base station or country.
