Qualifications

• Proven background as a Time Keeper with direct experience on Construction or Oil & Gas project sites.
• Strong focus on manpower record management and timesheet accuracy.
• Ability to liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors and HR to resolve attendance discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Track and verify daily worker site attendance, check-in/check-out logs, and shift rosters.
• Prepare, reconcile, and maintain accurate daily and weekly workforce timesheets.
• Record site manpower allocations, craft trades, and overtime hours for project reporting.
• Liaise with site supervisors, sub-contractors, and HR teams to clear attendance discrepancies.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic archives of all timekeeping logs for the duration of the project.
