Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced SRE/DevOps engineer to own the reliability of Azure-based platforms, with hands-on work across monitoring, incident response, and automation.

You''ll design and implement CI/CD pipelines, manage AKS and OpenTelemetry instrumentation, and ensure SLOs, SLIs, and uptime while enabling scalable AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with SRE and Azure cloud stack.
• Incident response, RCA, and post-mortems experience.
• Strong focus on SLI/SLO/SLA, observability and reliability.
• Experience with automated remediation and scalable AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and IaC templates.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, and runbooks for reliability.
• Support Azure AI platforms with defined SLOs/SLIs.

Strong focus on SLI/ SLO/SLA, observability, performance, scalability & reliability

Banking/regulatory experience preferred; Kubernetes/AKS, OpenTelemetry, Chaos Engineering & FinOps are a plus

Reliable & scalable Azure AI platforms with defined SLOs/SLIs

Automated CI/CD pipelines, IaC templates, monitoring & alerting

Operational runbooks, incident post‑mortems & reliability improvements
