Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai recruits a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen the reliability, scalability, and performance of our trading platforms. The role emphasizes a software engineering mindset, automation, observability, and secure production systems across global infrastructure.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver resilient systems powering MultiBank’s trading operations, with a strong emphasis on IaC, CI/CD, and incident response.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or related field.
3+ years of experience as an SRE or DevOps/infrastructure role.
Strong background in software engineering, automation, and infrastructure management.
Experience with cloud platforms and IaC is essential.

Responsibilities

Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance across production environments.
Apply automation to reduce manual effort and toil.
Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to build scalable and resilient systems.
Contribute to incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews.
Implement and refine Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
Enhance disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities to ensure uptime SLAs.
Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and resource optimization.
Integrate security and compliance best practices into infrastructure operations.
Support the release process, ensuring safe production deployments.
Stay current with emerging SRE tools and cloud technologies.
