Responsibilities

• Obtain the drawings and assess material and manpower requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report discrepancies.
• Organize and manage the workforce and supervise the site.
• Liaise with Site Management on adherence to the project program.
• Conduct quality checks with the QC Inspector.
• Coordinate site demobilization upon project completion.
• Execute snag lists and oversee sub-contractors.
• Guide and motivate subordinates for performance enhancement.
