Job summary

Qqada HR Consulting is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at the assigned worksite and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently according to project requirements. The ideal candidate will coordinate workers, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with management and contractors.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Construction or Engineering, prior site supervision experience, and strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous site supervision or construction experience.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read basic project plans and technical documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and work performed at the site.
