Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Site Materials Lead in Abu Dhabi to steer all on-site materials management for a multi-billion EPCM project in Habshan. You will ensure receipt, inspection, storage, preservation and issuance of materials in line with project specs and schedule.

You will lead warehouse operations, interface with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and Construction, drive inventory accuracy, data integrity in systems (AMUSE), and uphold HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or diploma with substantial experience.
• Typically 15+ years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or construction supply chain.
• Site-based leadership on large EPC/EPCM projects is expected.
• Experience with complex interfaces, high-volume bulk materials, and demanding schedules.
• Familiarity with ERP/materials systems (SAP/Oracle) and data integrity standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site materials management for a multi-billion EPCM project in Habshan, Abu Dhabi.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receipt, inspection, storage and issue.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Expediting, Logistics and Construction.
• Maintain material traceability and data integrity in systems (AMUSE or equivalent).
• Ensure HSE standards and project plan alignment in all materials activities.
