Job summary

An events management company based in Dubai is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site execution of live events with precision. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale production sites, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating crews. This role requires a natural leader who is calm under pressure and detail-oriented. Proficiency in English is a must, and a valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing live event sites or large-scale production builds.
• Solid understanding of rigging, builds, logistics and event health & safety protocols.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site works including setup, breakdown and live event phases.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and venue requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and crew for seamless delivery.
• Monitor timelines and proactively solve issues to avoid delays.

About the Role

As a Site Manager youll be the on-ground leader ensuring that event builds installations and live operations run smoothly and safely. Youll work closely with production technical and operations teams coordinating all site activity to make sure everything is delivered on time to spec and without a hitch.

What Youll Do

• Manage Site Activity Supervise all on-site works including setup breakdown and live event phases.
• Enforce Site Safety & Regulations Ensure compliance with health safety and venue requirements.
• Liaise with Contractors Coordinate with vendors suppliers and crew to ensure seamless delivery.
