Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering for infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure projects (bridges, highways, tunnels, etc.).
• Experience in site supervision and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve technical challenges.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer with structural experience to join our infrastructure team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our engineering department you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of infrastructure projects ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site ensuring adherence to project plans specifications and safety regulations
• Review and interpret structural drawings specifications and other technical documents
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or deviations from the project plan
• Collaborate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure project success
• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports progress updates and quality control records
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Manage resource allocation and optimize workflow to ensure efficient project execution
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients consultants and team members
• Stay updated on industry trends building codes and regulations relevant to infrastructure projects in the UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit or other relevant CAD software

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
