Qualifications

• 45 years of progressive experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trade teams.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Identify technical issues and provide solutions.
• Liaise with project managers and architects.

Skills

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years experience in UAE commercial construction

Strong on-site presence

Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD

Knowledge of quality control and safety standards

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
