Role Description

• We are looking for a motivated Civil / Structural Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in a consultancy environment. The role will support site supervision activities across multiple ongoing projects. The engineer will play a key role in ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and review structural and architectural drawings, details, and sections to ensure proper execution on site.
• Coordinate and review surveying works to ensure correct setting‑out, levels, and alignment.
• Carry out civil and structural inspections, including material inspections, in line with approved submittals and standards.
• Monitor safety compliance during civil and MEP‑related site activities.
• Prepare daily site reports, logs, narratives, and activity updates for submission to the Resident Engineer.
• Review and witness testing of construction materials in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Ensure works are executed using safe and standard construction practices.
• Conduct inspections, snagging, and quality checks during construction and at project close‑out stages.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintain clear communication with clients to resolve technical issues and support timely project progress.
