Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure project progress aligns with schedules.
• Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and local standards.
• Monitor work execution and report progress/issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related challenges promptly.
• Enforce QHSE standards and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of site engineering experience in Dubai, specifically in high-rise building construction.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and site procedures (DM, Trakhees, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required.
