Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of relevant site engineering experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out, refurbishment or high-end commercial/residential projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE construction experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day technical management of fit-out works on site.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works align with the approved programme.
• Carry out regular site inspections and ensure works meet quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material submissions and technical approvals.
• Assist with setting out and ensure works are constructed in accordance with approved drawings.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports and inspection records.
• Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager with the successful delivery of the project.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant HSE requirements and project specifications.
