Position: Site Coordinator/Technical Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all technical activities on site, including equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and provide regular updates to the project team.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
