Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on video shooting and editing experience.
• Proficient with mainstream camera gear and lighting setups.
• English communication skills; Chinese or Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create shooting plans from scripts or briefs and guide on-camera talent.
• Use lighting, composition, and camera language to elevate visuals.
• Collaborate with post-production and content teams to deliver footage.
• Monitor trends and adjust shooting style accordingly.
• Oversee full-cycle production from concept to final delivery.
