The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in trade marketing or sales within the UAE market. Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAE market experience in trade marketing or sales.
• Experience in channel management, retail execution or category management is a strong plus.
• Industry knowledge of consumer behavior at point of sales & market segmentation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Calendar & Suggest the Right Events related to it.
• Landing The Innovations in a perfect Way.
• 360 Activations (Digital / Promoters / POSM / OFF Shelf / …).
• Before & After Analysis for All Activities.
• Monthly Deep Dive in Customer Data To identify pain points & suggest best solutions.
• Monitor All Couponing Campaigns.
• Creation & Ownership of in-store Shopper CTA's.
