Job summary

AL NAWRAS HOSPITALITY/SGSC is seeking a Shooting Range Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Sharjah. The position focuses on safe range operations, supporting instructors, monitoring guests, and maintaining equipment and environment. Visa, accommodation, and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, assisting with crowd control, and following all safety procedures. UAE experience is a plus; outdoor work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, military, police, shooting range, sports or similar outdoor environments is preferred.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and discipline.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the safe and smooth operation of shooting range activities.
• Support the Range Instructor and senior team during sessions.
• Monitor guests and ensure safety rules and range procedures are followed.
• Prepare, check, organize, and maintain range equipment.
• Provide basic guidance to guests on range rules and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shooting range environment.
• Report safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with crowd control and guest movement within designated areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Perform other duties related to the Shooting Department as assigned.
