Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
AMAP, First Aid, CPR, and SCIP-R certifications required or aptitude to obtain upon hire.
1–2 years of OPWDD experience.
Experience working with I/DD populations.
Maintain a clean and valid Driver's License required.
Responsibilities
Supervise Direct Support Professionals to ensure program goals.
Implement and adhere to treatment plans.
Provide hands-on supervision of individuals with Autism.
Schedule staff at the residence.
Transport residents in agency vehicles as needed.
