Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• AMAP, First Aid, CPR, and SCIP-R certifications required or aptitude to obtain upon hire.
• 1–2 years of OPWDD experience.
• Experience working with I/DD populations.
• Maintain a clean and valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals to ensure program goals.
• Implement and adhere to treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on supervision of individuals with Autism.
• Schedule staff at the residence.
• Transport residents in agency vehicles as needed.
