About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Shift Manager – Slot Administration to join the resort’s Casino Slot Administration team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the slot department, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to gaming regulations
• Monitor slot machine performance and coordinate repairs or maintenance with technicians
• Ensure proper handling of jackpots, hand pays, and cash transactions according to company policies
• Manage and schedule slot attendants and supervisors
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing team
• Address and resolve guest complaints or disputes promptly and professionally
• Promote a positive gaming experience and maintain high service standards
• Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, internal controls, and company policies
• Maintain the integrity of slot assets, gaming machine equipment and information
• Monitor for suspicious activity and enforce security protocols
• Prepare shift reports detailing operational activities, machine performance, and revenue
