Job summary

Workato in Sharjah is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to promote and sell products, identify leads, and manage customer relationships. You will conduct sales calls, follow up with clients, and participate in events to grow the customer base.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Accommodations are provided; visa is required from the candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong rapport-building and customer service.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Reach out to leads via phone, email, and social media.
• Manage entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Keep records of all sales activities and follow-ups.
• Participate in marketing events such as trade shows or exhibitions.
