Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Previous experience as a Tutor or in a similar role.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Ability to teach multiple subjects (math, science, language arts) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing lesson plans according to individual student needs.
• Implementing strategies to ensure students comprehend the material being taught.
• Assessing student progress on a regular basis and providing timely feedback.
• Maintaining records of student progress.
• Helping students develop learning strategies.
