Job summary

Abroad Work in Sharjah seeks an experienced Excavator Operator to join on a contract basis. You will operate heavy excavators to excavate, move, and grade earth and other materials on construction sites, following project plans and site supervisor instructions.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, a valid excavator license, and the ability to read drawings. You must be able to work outdoors for long hours and communicate in basic English with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator.
• Valid operator's license and certification for excavator operation.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings.
• Physical stamina to work long hours in outdoor conditions.
• Good communication skills in basic English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner according to job site requirements.
• Conduct pre-start checks on equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Interpret project plans and follow instructions from site supervisors.
• Ensure proper placement and leveling of materials according to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
