Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Auto Mechanic.
• Relevant certification or degree in Automotive Mechanics is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical problems using computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Repair or replace worn parts such as gaskets, belts, hoses, brake pads, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Test and adjust repaired systems for proper performance.
• Inspect vehicle engines to diagnose issues accurately.
• Explain repair costs and work performed to customers.
• Keep shop area clean and organized at all times.
• Follow instructions from supervisor regarding tasks assigned.
