Job summary

A leading technology service provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced individual to architect and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The role requires expertise in leading implementations and oversight of customizations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and fostering collaborative stakeholder relationships. This position involves 7+ years of relevant IT experience and requires specific ServiceNow certifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration.
• Experience in a leadership or architectural role within a complex IT environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
• Oversee the customization of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs.
• Establish and enforce platform governance and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture

Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
