Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract. The role is fully remote but will be working on Abu Dhabi Timezones Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for ServiceNow developers who have directly worked on configuring and delivering SPM solutions including modules like Innovation Demand Project and Portfolio Management.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Develop ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Customize ServiceNow forms scripts and integrations
• Maintain system performance and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies.
• Proven experience in customizing ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub Flow Designer or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

ServiceNow certifications preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
• Certified Application Developer / Implementation Specialist (desired)
